Our Legacy
KORS NOVIKS is a law firm of lawyers and industrial property agents specialized in business economic law and intellectual property, resulting from the merger in 1997 of the law firms Kors & Asociados (1966) and Boris Noviks & Asociados (1947).
Our office offers legal and administrative services in a wide range of specialties in different branches of law, with professionals who have a vast experience, both for their technical training and their professional experience.
Among these services, our specialization in intellectual property and commercial negotiations, contracts, litigation, infringement actions, establishment of foreign companies, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings, assisted by a team of accountants, stands out.
Although the main activity of our firm is carried out in Argentina, our professional services extend to several countries around the world.
